Udang & Tahu Masak Tauco (Shrimps & Tofu Cooked With Fermented Soy Beans)

Bahan250 gr Udang sedang/besar-kupas, 2 st Lokio cincang1 pak Tahu sutra-potong2 ½ cm3 sm Tauco asin125 ml Air, 2 Daun salam, 1 Tomat & 1 Kailan-iris22 cm Lengkuas & 1 Sereh-geprek, 1 st Gula4 Bawang merah+3 Cabai Keriting+3 Cabai hijau-Iris25 Rawit utuh, Maizena secukupnyaHaluskan:
1 Bawang merah, 2 Bawang putih, 2 Cabai keriting
Cara membuat
Guling2kan tahu di maizena lalu goreng sampai kuning kecokelatan. Sisihkan.Tumis bumbu halus, irisan bawang & cabai. Masukkan tauco, sereh, salam, lengkuas, gula & air. Masak hingga harum. Ingredients
250 gr Shrimps-peeled, Corn starch, 2 cm Galangal-crushed1 pack Silken egg tofu-slice into ½ cm, 1 Lemongrass-bruised125 ml Water3 tbsp Fermented soy beans2 Bay leaves5 Birds eye chilies, 1 tsp Sugar2 tsp chopped Chives1 Tomato & 1 Kai-lan/Chinese broccoli-cut4 Shallots+3 Cayenne peppers+3 Green Chilies-slicedGrind into a paste:2 Garlic cloves, 2 Cayenne peppers, 1 Shallot
Directions
Coat tofu slices with corn starch & then fry until golden brown. Set it aside.Sauté ground spices, shallots & chilies. Put in fermented Soy beans, lemon grass, bay leaves, galangal, sugar & water.
